This project consists of a new direct outside air system installed on the 11th floor of Babbette Tower North and ducted down through a new steel supported brick and metal framed chase into a new corridor ceiling on floors 2-10 to serve the individual dorm rooms. Completion of the entire project shall be on or before August 1, 2023 based on a Notice authorizing Work to proceed on or before December 1, 2022. Questions due 6 days prior to bid date. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
