The project includes the following work: Upgrade the HVAC systems in Bagley Hall Lab spaces 389 and 388 utilizing a DX coil system. New coils will be installed within the existing mechanical rooms and new equipment will be placed on the roof area directly above the lab spaces. Structural upgrades to the roof will be required to support the new equipment which will be patched into the existing roof system. A PV array, lighting controls and new light fixtures will be installed to meet SDCI energy code requirements triggered by the HVAC upgrades. Bagley Hall is located at 3900 Okanogan Lane NE, Seattle, WA 98195. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
