Pressure wash walkways to strip paint to bare concrete. Including laundry room area and railings Strip, clean, and prep floor for staining. Fill and seal any crack in walkway. Remove old caulk along walkway and wall joint. Re-caulk walkway and wall joint. Stain walkways using Sherwin Williams H&C Color Top Solvent Based Concrete Stain (50.0 Series) Applied at approximately 200-250 FT/2 Per Gallon for first coat and Applied at approximately 300-325 FT/2 Per Gall for the second coat. Remove all door stops.
