The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract for providing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required in order to perform the site restoration of baseball and softball fields (14 fields) in the county. Restoration work shall restore fields to optimal and safe conditions in anticipation of the spring baseball/softball season. Restoration work will be performed from the Date of Award through March 1,2023, and/or final sign-off by the WCPS contract Administrator with 50% completion expected by December 15, 2022, and 75% completion expected by January 15, 2023. Tentative Award Date: November 2022. Deadline for Written Questions Submission: October 14, 2022, by 1:00 PM EST.
