Conference is via Zoom. See attached. Additionally, Site visits scheduled for Sept 17th @ 10:00 am and a 2nd one at 1:00 PM.
The work covered consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with the removal of various existing materials, finishes, etc. to permit the installation of all new work in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. Scope of this project includes: a. removing and replacing carpet in all lobbies of the Bass Theater, in accordance with the attached drawings, b. removal of chairs in the theater, balconies I and II, and replacement with chairs matching those in the orchestra level, c. demolition and re-installation of new stepped platforms to improve visibility and sight lines for patrons, and d. removal and replacement of flooring in the balconies. Several alternates will be considered as part of this project, see Section 7 for schedule of alternates. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
