The project generally includes construction of the: campground service utilities including potable water source, storage, pressurization, and distribution system; electrical distribution and service system; wastewater collection and holding structures; entry guard station and area improvements; utility building and driveway; campsite and camp host shade shelters (pavilions), tables, and fire rings; campsite utility connection pads and marker bollards; campground dumpster pads; group RV / campsite loop roadway, firepit and grill; campsite gravel return lane; concrete and/or asphalt pavement surfacing; and, finish and fine grading of the campsite area. The prefabricated "Tioga" CXT restrooms will be delivered and installed by CXT. Bonds required.
