The Town of Beekman, hereinafter called the Owner, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of Beekman Town Hall roof, including siding, fascia, and soffit upgrades. The work shall include demolition of the existing asphalt roof, demolition of siding at dormers and cupola, new asphalt roof installation, new siding and fascia installation, paint and repair of existing fascia and frieze board, and general site cleanup as shown on the plans and specifications. Deadline for questions is October 11, 2021 by 3:00pm. The work is expected to commence no later than Wednesday, November 3rd 2021, and must be completed to a point of substantial completion no later than Monday, December 20th, 2021, absent any Act of God or other catastrophic event.
