The scope of work includes the following; construction 0.287 miles of a 5 and 6 foot wide concrete sidewalk, clearing and grubbing, drainage structures and pipes, widening roadway, construct curb and gutter, replace any disturbed sod in-kind, remove foliage as needed, remove trees and stump grind, provide crosswalk thermoplastic striping and pedestrian warning signs, concrete driveways, fencing, option – milling and resurfacing. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
