Sealed bids are invited for the Bethia Area Headquarters Chemical Storage Building – Roof Structure Replacement at 15610 Cosby Rd, Chesterfield, VA. The project is generally described as removal of the existing damaged wood roof structural system and installation of a new wood truss roof structure. Work includes but is not limited to masonry, masonry repairs, rough carpentry, wood trusses, roofing, sheet metal work, roof drainage devices, roof accessories, vinyl siding and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. SBE GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
