The Buildings and Grounds Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide HVAC system Installation Services. The Seminole Tribe of Florida Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking proposals qualified firms to provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services for the HVAC systems across all the Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservations. The scope of work shall include, but not limited to all material, labor, supplies and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with daily air conditioning and refrigeration services for the Tribe. Equipment to be serviced includes units ranging from small refrigeration and air conditioning units and peripheral accessories such as building automation systems, controllers, thermistors, static pressure transmitters, discharge and return sensors and transmitters start stop devices and all associated safeties and interlocks. Insurance required. Tribal Member Preference of 10 points.
