The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is inviting responses in the form of sealed bids from interested and qualified firms for supplying and placing Bituminous concrete pavement and performing associated work at the five (5) trail segments and seven (7) parking lots referred to herein for which a lump sum price for each is requested and/or for additional sites as may occur throughout the term of this contract.
