The Town of Lexington is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Bridge Elementary School Roof Replacement. Filed sub bids will be received until February 10, 2022 at 1:00pm. Bidder must agree to commence work on a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and to substantially complete all work by 26 August 2022, with the understanding that preliminary or preparatory work may begin upon notice to proceed but removal of the existing membrane may not commence until school is dismissed for the summer on or about 23 June 2022. DCAMM certification required.
