Non-Site-Specific contract for installing, repairing, and/or upgrading metal beam guard fence and bridge rails on various roadways within highway right of way for McLennan, Hill, Falls and Limestone Counties according to the standard specifications or as modified in the general specifications listed in the attached. The construction, operation and maintenance of the proposed project will be consistent with the state implementation plan as prepared by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This contract shall commence upon issuance of a Work Order. The Engineer shall notify the Contractor in writing to begin the initial work. Time for completion is 365 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
