Construction Management services for the following scope of work: 1. Replacement of existing roofing system including, but not limited to, insulation, flashing, coping, and masonry thru-wall flashing; 2. Repair or modification of wood blocking and equipment curbs; 3. Removal and reinstallation of existing mechanical equipment and utilities as necessary for roof replacement; 4. Removal of unneeded equipment at identified locations and infill of deck openings; 5. Masonry repairs; 6. Replacement of selected window lintels; 7. Asbestos abatement as needed for roof and flashing replacements/repairs; and 8. Steel deck repair or replacement as needed. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
