The ECR is seeking qualified Contractors to perform roof replacements at three (3) of the building at the ECRWRF. The three (3) buildings are the East Effluent Pump Station, the West Effluent Pump Station and the Generator Building. For the latter two (2) buildings, all roof installed equipment will be relocated to the ground level and architectural modifications will be made to the buildings for the relocated HVAC equipment. It is imperative that temporary air conditioning be provided to the latter two (2) buildings throughout the construction period. Current atmosphere in the electrical rooms will be maintained using the temporary air conditioning system. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a deposit in a sum of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
