It is the County's intent to enter into a 10-year (one-year base period, and nine- one-year renewable options) contract with a firm for: The Building Engineer, Equipment and General maintenance (Custodial and Grounds maintenance) services at the 100 Edison Park Drive, Gaithersburg Public Safety Headquarters known as PSHQ General maintenance service at 201 Edison Park Drive, Gaithersburg the Alcohol Beverage Services’ Warehouse. Provide comprehensive maintenance for several current and scheduled Combined Heating and Cooling Power systems. Attachment I – Martin Luther King Swim Center. The facilities are operational, in part or in whole, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Safety and reliability are of paramount importance in the provision of building engineering, equipment maintenance services and general maintenance services (ground maintenance, snow and ice removal on driveways and parking lots, maintenance and management of the microgrid system and solar panels (as per specifications) lake, and custodial services). Effective maintenance to minimize interruptions shall be the key area of awareness of the 'Proposer'. Prevailing wages apply.
