Description of Work: The work includes General and Plumbing Construction for the complete renovation of 11 bathrooms in Building F. Renovation includes demolition of existing bathrooms; walls, floors, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, doors, and frames where indicated and new construction including walls, ceilings, doors and frames, finishes, plumbing fixtures and appurtenances, as per plans and specifications. The County will coordinate all electrical construction. The total Contract Time from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until the total closeout of the project shall be 120 calendar days. The Contract Time to perform the construction work shall be 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Deadline for questions is October 13, 2022 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
