The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a contractor, pre-certified by VDOT, to construct a 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk along the southern side of Bypass Road 5,474 LF in length. The Work under this Project consists of: furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, permits, and fees to construct the sidewalk along Bypass Rd as shown on the plans, specifications and contract drawings, including but not limited to: • Demolition of the existing sidewalk; • Construction of a new 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk; • Modifications of entrances as shown; • All incidental work thereto as detailed in the Contract Documents. Q&A due by 1pm, 11/22/21. DBE goal 6%.
