The Contractor shall provide services for the lowering and relocating of fire sprinkler heads. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, auxiliary equipment, parts, devices, materials, components, programing, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, travel and per diem and any other costs necessary to perform services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate Ward Labor (IWL) Program, California State Prison Sacramento, located at 100 Prison Road, Represa, CA 95671. Term is 200 days from Official Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
