Sealed bids for Door Upgrades will be received by Caesar Rodney School District, Facilities Management. Project involves the replacement of misc. exterior doors, frames and hardware at Fifer Middle School, Postlethwait Middle School, Stokes Elementary and Star Hill Elementary Schools. This project is to replace the existing exterior hollow metal and aluminum doors with new Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) doors as the existing doors have exceeded their useful life. The new doors and hardware will have a 20-year warranty. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
