Provide and install new 6" and 3" chilled water pipe line and AC coils with fans and pumps With VFDs and electrical feeds for a complete chilled water cooling system including controls for the Kellogg Gym. All construction and services required for the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Kellogg Gymnasium AC Upgrade Project, of installation of chilled water pipeline, chilled water cooling coils, fan and motors, controls and VFDs, including: 1. Demolition and prep of existing air handlers. 2. Protection of existing site utilities encountered. 3. Site paving and hardscape repairs/replacement as needed. 4. Landscape irrigation system and landscape planting replacements / repairs as needed. 5. Pipeline, valves, and valve vaults including brass tag identification at valves. 6. Coordination of work being performed by others under separate contract with University.
