The work is described generally but not limited to, sanding and recoating the existing wood flooring in the cardio room, temporarily relocating and reinstalling the existing gym equipment in the room while floor work is being done, replacing existing perimeter wall base board, replacing existing diamond plate panels, and all other incidentals to perform the work properly. Please refer Attachment A -Work Area Plan Sheet for additional information. The Contractor must begin work within fifteen (15) calendar days after the official notice to proceed by the Project Manager and must diligently prosecute the same to completion within 35 calendar days of that Notice. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
