Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide non-operated (bare) equipment rental services on an on-call, as-needed basis. For the purposes of the contract, equipment moved in plus moved out equals one move. Bonds required. Subcontracting the transportation of the rented equipment (move in/move out) is permitted under this Agreement. Contractor shall not subcontract any other work under this Agreement except for transportation of the rented equipment (move in/move out). The services shall be performed at the Caltrans Dynamic Test Facility located at the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy, 3500 Reed Ave, West Sacramento, CA 95605. The anticipated term is 6/22/21 through 6/21/24. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
