The California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to to construct a new Fire Station that includes a barracks/messhall building (3,478 sf); a 2-bay apparatus building (2,610 sf); a generator/pump /storage building (504 sf) with emergency generator and transfer switch, a storage building (585 sf) and a trash enclosure (171 sf). Additional work includes, but is not limited to: replacement/upgrade of underground utilities and/or connections (water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone/radio); fuel facility (above ground storage tanks/dispensing system, canopy); security system (security lighting, motion detectors w/phone alarm to CALFIRE dispatch); a vehicle wash pad and a hose wash rack. Project includes the demolition and removal of existing buildings on site. Site work includes grading, paving, curbs, walkways, gutters,drainage,landscaping, retaining walls, fencing, entrance gate and all associated appurtenances. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
