The purpose of this project in Hastings, Florida is to raise approximately 1,400 linear feet of East St. Johns Avenue and an additional 700 linear feet of North Orange Street south of East St Johns. Construct a new roadway drainage system under the new raised roadways. Widen the Big Sooey channel from Main Street downstream (north) for approximately 1,300 LF. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Plans, Standards and Specifications, permit requirements, and terms of the Contract. Construction of the project shall be complete within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated on the Notice to Proceed.
