This project consists of Grant St, from East Main St to Henry St. The contractor is to supply all the manpower, equipment, and materials to replace the existing sidewalk, and to install new five-foot-wide sidewalk in the marked-out areas. The project is to be completed by May 31st. 2022. This is to give the contractor the option of starting this project in the fall of 2021 or waiting to start the project in the spring of 2022. However, once the project is started, the contractor has 45 days to complete the project. Deadline for questions is June 14, 2021 by 4:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
