The project scope of work includes: (1) Removal of existing hot mix asphaltic concrete (HMAC), gates, fencing, and limestone base material located at the operations/scale house area. (2) Construction of new pavement sections as per design drawings. Pavement sections will include HMAC, jointed reinforced concrete pavement (JRCP), and cement stabilization of subgrade. Roadway widening, installation of two aluminum cantilever slide gates, ditch realignment, pavement markings, traffic control, traffic barriers, appropriate traffic signage, and storm water pollution prevention. Questions are due Oct 20th by 4:00 PM. Minority participation goal for this Project has been established to be 45%. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal for this Project has been established to be 15%.
