The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as, Contractor shall provide all materials and labor for interior finishes and construction with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Anticipated construction period is on or about October 26, 2020 – April 26, 2021 (Substantial Completion), May 26, 2021 (Final Completion) per drawings and specifications from Moseley Architects dated September 02, 2020. The University’s designated Project Manager will conduct an on-campus project site walkthrough on September 10, 2020. The on-campus project walk-through shall be conducted at Monarch Hall at the Norfolk Campus. Monarch Hall is located at the southeast corner of Kaufman Mall. Bonds required.
