The Fairfax County Water Authority (“Fairfax Water”) will be accepting Qualification Statements from interested contractors for the performance as a general contractor for the Central Maintenance Facility project. The Central Maintenance Facility project is located at 8515 & 8505 Lee Highway, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. The work includes the construction of a warehouse, fleet and distribution facilities, fueling station, vehicle wash, covered parking and materials storage and is described in additional detail in Section II of the Prequalification Procedure and Instructions.
