The scope of work for this project includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the placement of a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal on existing paved roads and fog sealing of new chip sealed roads throughout Yavapai County. Total estimated quantity of area to receive a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal is approximately 446,367 square yards. The total estimated quantity of fog seal coat is 53,204 gallons. Project locations include: Cordes Lakes, Cornville, Diamond Valley, Granite Gardens, Groom Creek, Prescott, Prescott Country Club, Prescott Valley, Seligman, Verde Village, and Village of Oak Creek. Re-establishing of existing paint striping and markings, where applicable, is also included in this contract and as specified on the plans.
