The Contractor shall perform the installation and connection of complete automatic Water-Based Fire Suppression Systems and a Fire Protection Underground Piping System. The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall provide all engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, permits, insurance, bonds, inspection, travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary for the Health Care Facility Improvement Program, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL), located at Chuckawalla Valley State Prison, 19025 Wiley’s Well Road in Blythe, CA 92225. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is 730 days. Questions due 10/20/21.
