This project provides for the maintenance, enhancement, and retrofit of the stormwater management pond located at 10455 Armstrong St. The pond drains approximately 3.49 acres from George Mason Blvd and adjacent neighborhoods. The pond retrofit project includes installation of a sediment forebay and an increase in pond treatment volume. A vegetative bench has been included in the design and sinuosity has been added to the pond floor to increase stormwater hydraulic residence time. The term of the contract shall be 180 days from notice to proceed. Questions Deadline: November 1, 2022. Bonds required.
