Furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to install approximately 2,000 LF of 8-Inch DIP Water Line and all appurtenances necessary for the completion of the work. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. The successful Proposer for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, each in the amount of 100% of the Proposal. An Irrevocable Letter of Credit from a local, Forsyth County bank is acceptable in lieu of Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond.
