The project will consist of water main upgrades to the Clallam Bay and Sekiu water system, including replacement of approximately 12,500 linear feet of water main and associated water services and restoration of disturbed areas. New water main is required to be installed via open trench construction, pipe bursting, and horizontal directional drilling. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 300 working days. The contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Washington. All work performed on this project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. This project is funded through the Washington State Public Works Board (PWB) Loan program; PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors. Bonds required.
