The Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal to Replace the Existing Sprinkler System with a Novec 1230 equivalent or better, Clean Agent Fire Suppression System at the Lorenzo DeZavala State Archives (ARC) and Library Building located at 1200 Brazos Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The service is expected to start within fifteen (15) business days from the Notice to Proceed. Services are anticipated to be complete within one year after notice to proceed is issued. Bonds required.
