Instructions shall be provided to registered participants the day before the pre-bid meeting and site visit.
The project is for construction of Cliffton Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Upgrades. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: a) Site clearing and demolition, b) Demolition or abandonment of piping and structures, c) Site development including excavation, fill and grading, paving, landscaping, d) Installation of stormwater management devices, e) Construction of roads and site fence, f) Construction of process structures and installation of equipment. Major process structures include: g) Package Wastewater Treatment Plant h) Effluent Pumping Station, i) Administration Building, j) Electrical Building, k) Emergency Generator, l) Yard and Process Structure Piping Systems, m) Electrical Power Supply, Distribution System, and n) Instrumentation and Control System. The Cliffton WWTP is located approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of Crain Highway (Rt. 301) and Cliffton Drive. The Contractor shall be given a total of six hundred (600) consecutive calendar days from the date of the NTP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
