The University of Utah is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide construction management/general contractor services to relocate OB Emergency Services into the vacated OB Diagnostic space. This will change 8 acute care rooms back to Postpartum rooms, resolving capacity issues for MNBC. This also creates the opportunity to add three (3) additional LDRs from vacated OB Diagnostic space resolving capacity issues and providing the opportunity to increase delivery volume for Labor & delivery services at University Hospital. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
