The County of San Diego (County) is requesting proposals from firms qualified to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the remodel of the Polinsky Children’s Center located at 9400 Ruffin Court, San Diego, California. If the County and the CMAR do not agree upon a GMP (guaranteed maximum price), the County will not exercise its option for the construction phase of the Project to the CMAR. Questions are due by Jan 14th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
