Convert (2) existing science lab prep spaces into (1) cadaver lab. This project includes demolition of existing space, protecting the adjacent existing spaces, furnish and install all new cadaver lab items turnkey per approved DSA plans. This includes FF&E, access control, all MEP including tie-ins to existing MEP, fire alarm and fire sprinkler modifications, framing, drywall, paint, flooring, doors, frames and hardware, ceiling, etc. This project also includes any modifications to adjacent spaces (parking lot, restrooms, etc.) as shown in the approved DSA plans. It is anticipated that the Project will commence on December 19, 2022 and be completed by January 27, 2023. Project duration is 29 working days. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Oct 4th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
