Prequalification required. See attached. The purpose of this Contract is to complete improvements necessary to open the station for revenue service, including but not limited to mobilization, maintaining existing SacRT operations, pedestrian traffic control, transportation and installation of Owner Furnished Material and Equipment, selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete structures and pavement, pavement repairs, detectable warning tile installation, fencing, railings, miscellaneous metal fabrications, paints and coatings, assembly and installation of Owner Furnished shelter structures, signage, and all ancillary improvements including communication, cameras, fare equipment, electrical and lighting, landscaping and irrigation work, and water distribution work, as shown on the Plans and as described in the Technical Specifications. All Work shown on the Plans and specified in these Technical Specifications must be completed, ready to function as part of an operable system.All work to be completed by May 31, 2021. Bonds Required. Prevailing wages apply. This is a Federally-funded and State-funded public works project for which the higher of State or Federal General Prevailing wages apply.
