The town of Apex (Town) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional architectural and engineering services to complete a comprehensive facilities master plan for all town facilities supporting staff. Currently, there is not a comprehensive facilities master plan on file, but the Town does have partial plans for some departments and facilities that will be provided to the successful firm Bonds required.
