The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor for a Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) contract for MD 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) at Suitland Parkway Interchange Improvements. The scope of work is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, construction of a new interchange and bridges, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, drainage, stormwater management, signals installations, signing and marking, earthwork, landscaping, retaining wall, lighting, utility coordination and installations, and various stakeholders’ coordination. Completion date of the contract will be May 1, 2023 (calendar date). DBE documentation required. Q&A due by 4pm, 6/14/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
