The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (HOC) is soliciting proposals on behalf of Hillandale Gateway, LLC from experienced firms licensed to do business in the state of Maryland to provide construction material testing and third-party inspection for the Hillandale Gateway Project. The term of this Contract shall be for the duration of the project from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through construction closeout. The deadline for submitting questions is October 13, 2022, at 12:00pm. Bonds required.
