This project consists of complete demolition of existing pre-engineered metal building. Construct new 2-story crew quarters for a fire station. Ground floor area includes eight hundred and forty (840) square feet of enclosed area with breakaway construction due to coastal conditions, along with one thousand five hundred and thirty-six (1,536) square feet of exterior covered area. Second Floor at two thousand three hundred and seventy-six (2,376) square feet total, including bunk rooms, dayroom, kitchen, and offices. New Building to be constructed over existing building's footprint. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents that includes Site Work as new entry drive with loop drive and aprons at the existing Apparatus Building. Covered breezeway between crew quarters and Apparatus Building, porch, and covered exit stairway from the second floor. Bid Bond 5 %, Performance Bond 100 %, Payment Bond 100 %
