The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Marvida Lift Station No. 1 for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 165 including, but not limited to, an eight-foot (8') diameter concrete lift station wet well complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings and supports; Vapex odor control unit with odor control wet well vent, injection nozzle, and process water carrier pipe; 12” PVC off-site sanitary sewer and connection to off-site sanitary sewer manholes; one (1) on-site sanitary sewer manhole; 12” DI and 18” DI on-site influent sanitary sewer; 6” DI onsite force main and connection to offsite 6” PVC off-site force main stub out; one (1) on-site Type A storm water inlet; 24” RCP on-site storm sewer and connection to off-site 24” RCP storm sewer stub out; concrete access drive; concrete sidewalk; lift station manual transfer switch; wiring starters, breakers, control panels and all other associated electrical work; site grading; all else specified and shown on the construction documents, complete in place for a fully functioning lift station, complete as specified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
