This project includes; but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing civil and landscaping improvements as noted on the Civil Plans, as well as, constructing a new shade pavilion on the property. There are site improvements included in the project such as sidewalks and fencing improvements. The construction improvements to the facility are further described in the Construction Drawings / Specifications and or Bid Documents. The contractor is to complete the construction per the plans, specifications and bid package. Bonds required. Please refer to documents for further details about wage rates.
