The scope of work for this project will include complete site development and building construction for the new City of Clermont Public Works Operations Facility to be located at 12838 Hancock Road, Clermont Florida 34711. Site development will include construction of complete clearing, grading, installation of stormwater retention and conveyance, utilities, pavement, Hancock Road turn lane improvements, and all other. The project consists of the construction of a new Public Works Operations Facility to include an Administration Building, Warehouse/Fleet Maintenance Building, and Covered Equipment parking. In addition the 14.25 acre site will be developed to include a new parking areas and driveways, Pre-wash pad, covered Vehicle Wash pad, dumpster enclosure, perimeter fence with sliding gate and all necessary site and building utilities and infrastructure. Bonds required.
