The City of McKinney, TX solicits bids for the construction of Ridge Road from US 380 to Wilmeth Road. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this road construction project in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders will substantially complete the Work within 479 consecutive calendar days. Within 30 additional calendar days after substantial completion, all outstanding issues shall be addressed and ready for final payment. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
