Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to the project consisting of the modification of an existing industrial building into bridge housing to provide twenty-four (24) individual bedrooms and associated living amenities to provide support to selected homeless individuals within the City’s Bridge Housing Program. The scope of the project is defined in attached construction plans and specifications. Once the project is awarded, approved by City Council and the notice to proceed is issued, the successful bidder shall have seventy-five (75) calendar days to complete the project. The project must be completed within the time frame to qualify for available grant funding. Questions due by April 22,d @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
