The work includes removal of existing ballasted gravel from surface of the roofing system on the Walton County Administration Building and installing a light gauge metal retrofit gable roof framing system and sub-purlins over the existing low slope roofs. Installing blanket insulation, structural prefinished aluminized steel standing seam metal roof system with prefinished aluminized steel flashing and trim, and prefinished aluminum gutter and downspouts. The work also includes extending/ raising exhaust fan and duct and plumbing vent pipe above the new metal roof system. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
